Do you love to cook? Do you hate to cook but feel like you should be better in the kitchen?

Maybe its time to get cookin’! Watch this video, by Kazki, a cooking instructor in Austin, talking about taking cooking classes.

Whether your wanting to woo your spouse, impress your friends or become a professional chef, Austin’s got all the culinary training you need!

If you're just looking to have fun and learn more, there are several places you can go to take cooking classes in Austin. Some companies will offer general cooking classes, such as Nutrition, Grilling, Salads, Desserts, and more while others will specialize in a certain ethnic group, such as Thai, Italian or Mexican.

They also vary in length of time. Some classes are offered only one time while others are series classes.

Austin Price Check! Typically a one time class will cost between $40-$70 while in a series, each class may break down to only $15-20 per class.

You can also take cooking classes in Austin in a group setting or with a private instructor. Consider a private cooking instructor if you are wanting to focus on something specific, such as vegan soups or soy desserts, that perhaps would not generate enough interest for a full group course. Otherwise, a group class could be a great way to meet others that have a joy for culinary delights!

Did you know?Keep in mind- many Austin grocery stores also offer cooking classes!

Bon Apetite!
