What is the history of Web Interactive Consulting?
WIC started in October 2001 with only an idea and lots of passion to succeed. The business grew one client at a time by providing a valued service to each client. The services offered have expanded from simple web design to a complete Internet strategy, while always focusing on the client’s bottom line.
Why is WIC different than other web design/consulting firms?
Many companies do not try to understand their client’s full business strategy. They may only look at one or two functions of the company. Our goal is to bring all aspects of the company together and learn/figure out how the Internet can increase the company’s bottom line. All areas of a company relate to one another, especially on the website. A unique PPC management service, where you can track phone leads.
What would consumers say about WIC?
We have a very high retention rate and still have our first customers. Our clients know that we strive to achieve the customer’s goals while keeping their expenses as low as possible.
Why do you feel you offer good customer service?
We treat each customer as if their company was our company. When problems arise, they become a priority to fix what ever is broken.
Describe a time you made a mistake and how you fixed it.
Once in a while, a new design or code will go live. The code is tested, but not every situation due to not knowing a section of the code was changed. More or less, a part of the website was changed that was not tested. The client would call and find the error. By the way, that is the worst thing that can happen – the client finds a bug. Problems like these are dealt with immediately. Most of the time, it was a simple mistake and fixed while client is on the phone. If more time is needed, client is updated via phone call as soon as problem is solved or an update is known. |
