What is the history of Midnite Auto?
Midnite auto was founded in 2001 by Ken Roady. After years of building hotrods and modifying all types of cars for racing. He became the go to guy for family and friends and eventually their friends. One day after pondering the high costs of repairs at various shops and having personal knowledge of actual costs involved, He wanted to make a difference and make auto repair affordable. He then started his own mobile auto mechanic business.
Why is Midnite Auto different than other shops?
There are virtually no overhead costs. You actually get to meet the technician doing the work. The repairs are explained and shown to you, in a way you can understand. Our techs become more like case workers for your car.
What would consumers say about Midnite Auto?
Most of them are surprised at the fact that we come to their house or work and that their car is ready when they are done. Of course, they like the personal attention and affordable prices.
How did you get started in the field?
Ken started working on cars in his older brother’s shop after school, and his family and friends that utilized his skill drove him to learning more and keeping up to date with today’s technology.
How do you feel you offer good customer service?
We are where you need us when you need us. We will work with you to make everything as convenient as possible and go out of our way to make the customer happy.
Describe a time you made a mistake and how you fixed it.
A customer was complaining about a brake noise coming from the front of the car, and I replaced the front brakes, then realized it was the rear brakes making noise. I replaced the rear at no additional cost. |
