What is the history of your company?
TX Country PC was born to offer better prices and friendly service to the home user, 2 years ago.
What is your experience?
I have been working in the Computer industry since 1999 and have been a hobbyist all my life.
What would consumers say about their experience?
We are highly rated. have had no complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and offer good service and prices.
How is your company different than others?
I take pride in being very fair and knowledgeable. Prices are kept low due to the fact that we have no public shop, dont invoice, and only service residential computers. Fair and Friendly is the company motto. I treat customers very professionally. This is a business, but I do everything I can to make my clients feel comfortable with me in their home. Im courteous and respect every individual client with pride. For they are my true advertising. I treat my customers the same way I expect to be treated by a business.
What are mistakes you’ve made and how you fixed them?
A customer ordered a computer with XP Professional Edition Operating System. The PC was mistakenly loaded with XP Home Edition, and only charged for XP Home. Upon delivery, and discovery of the error, I took the computer back and upgraded the machine to XP Pro at no extra cost.
